The main floor is a cozy retreat where the living-dining room and open kitchen are located. Decorated with linen sofas and natural tones, the living room opens out onto a magnificent veranda with pool – an ideal place to immerse yourself in the tranquillity of Formentera. Equipped with a generous TV and Wi-Fi, this space invites you to relax.

The well-equipped kitchen with an extensive wooden bar has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and teppanyaki grill. A wooden dining table for 10 people complements the spectacular view.

Outside, two tables overlooking the pool can seat up to 16 people and create a backdrop for memorable gatherings. On the first floor there is a guest toilet and two suites with separate bathrooms. On the upper floor there are two further suites with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and furnishings with natural elements that create personal and fresh spaces. The property extends beyond the main house and offers two additional suites – a spacious suite adjacent to the house and an independent bungalow accessed via a terrace.
