OUR HISTORY
The CW Europe Group in Marbella was founded in 2013 by Christian Wolf, who was an aspiring property agent at the time. Among his many talents, his profound knowledge of marketing, especially Google, stood out.
After a serious personal setback that led to deep disappointment, Mr .Wolf found solace in work and valuable support from Antonio Keil, his first significant contact in Marbella. Antonio, experienced in the property industry, brought with him a unique ability to understand, motivate and inspire people. This collaboration was the birth of success, as Antonio had an innate talent for reading people with a certain ease and finding the right property. This transformative encounter took place in 2014, a pivotal moment as CW Group expanded its business and relocated to Ibiza.
Despite the initial challenges, the market began to show signs of economic recovery in 2015. Thanks to Mr. Wolf’s expertise in securing top Google rankings, CW Group quickly rose to a prominent position in Ibiza’s property market.
In the years that followed, Mr. Wolf and Mr. Keil played a key role in some of the highest value sales transactions in the market. In addition, they invested profitably in various projects, gaining an unrivalled reputation and experience. Due to their continued success, they opened a second agency in the centre of Ibiza in 2021.
With a new perspective on multi-agency collaboration and a creative approach to online property marketing, Mr. Wolf and Mr. Keil together with their dedicated team – consisting of Ivano Recchia, Tim Halbhuber, Sharon de Jong, Mauro Ricciardi and Sandra Doldinger – have established an innovative and ground-breaking concept (sharing is better than losing) on the national and international market. This renewal triggered a profound change in the CW Group’s working methodology, mindset, and commitment to the property sector.
Today, CW Group is an established name in Ibiza’s property industry, not only known locally but also respected online with a global presence on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. Remarkably, CW Group’s YouTube channel has become the most popular property channel in Ibiza, while their Instagram and Facebook accounts have a large audience.
